Abstract
Ideas of evaluation are the guidance for educational evaluation.Evaluators make evaluation based on definite core values,while the people who will be evaluated prepare for the evaluation in a normal way centering around clear ideas of quality development.The establishment of the evaluation value system combining effectively the ideas of evaluation and the ideas of welcoming the evaluation plays an important guiding role in the effectiveness of educational evaluation and in bringing into full play the comprehensive function of educational evaluation.
