Abstract
To establish the judicial independence principles and systems, the basic intent is to guarantee the judicial offices and judicial officials to apply the law strictly and to realize utmost judicial justice. In this article, the author trys to find the defects which is existing in our court systems from three aspects of judical independence. They are the independence of the whole court systems, the independence of trial grades and the independence of judges .
