New Views on Judicial Independence

Judicial independence is the fundamental requirement of rule of law. At present, the comparative study on judicial independence at home mainly focuses on specific comparisons among different countries, while there are very few analyses beyond countries. Therefore, it is necessary, from the angle of typology, to study judicial independence in the range of contrast between traditional and modern court system, and then provide references for judicial independence in China.
