Abstract
In late Qing Dynasty, the theory circles thought that the organization of stock-enterprises had many advantages in raising funds, dispersing risks, promoting the combination of the money capital and the manpower capital by means of power division, changing the traditional investing ideas of public, and removing obstacles on the way to capitalist development.The stock system was a dominant tendency in the development of enterprise forms.
