Problems and Countermeasures of Industrial Cluster of Henan Province

The industrial cluster of Henan Province has developed very rapidly since 1980s.However,there still exist some problems,such as small integrated size,unbalanced development in various regions,shorter industrial chains,low innovative power and lack of the abilities of industrial upgrading and constant development.This paper,based on these issues,puts forward a series of countermeasures for fostering ideological atmosphere which will be benefit for the promotion of industrial cluster,moving toward the direction of scaled industrial congregation,supporting the development of the core enterprises that lead the industrial cluster,and pushing forward the evolution of the professional exterior services with the corollary equipment of the industrial cluster.
