Abstract
The theory of industrial cluster is a new theory of area development.It's the basic theory for economy's growing up of middle area.As one province of middle area,Hunan should make use of this method to develop economy.Processing from themeaning of industrial cluster,we can acknowledge several kinds of cluster formation theory and put forward the thought of Hunan industrial cluster's formation.In order to maintain the industrial cluster's advantage and development,we should construct industrial cluster's essencial competitive power,improve big enterprises's leading affection and the support from government.
