Abstract

Objective To detect and analyze the expression of microRNA(miRNA) in tissues of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLS) by the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.Method The real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-21,miR-20a,miR-31,miR-222,miR-223,miR-145 and miR-126 in NSCLC tissues and the adjacent tissues from 40 cases. Results The expressions of miR-21,miR-20a,miR-31 and miR-222 were significantly higher in NSCLC tissues than those in adjacent tissues(P0.05),and the expressions of miR-223,miR-145 and miR-126 were significantly lower in NSCLC cancer tissues than those in adjacent tissues(P0.05).MiR-21 and miR-222 expressions increased with the progression of disease. The expression of miR-126 decreased with the progression of disease. Conclusion There were statistically significant differences of the expression of miR-21,miR-20a,miR-31,miR-222,miR-145 and miR-126 between NSCLC tissues and adjacent tissues. The expressions of miR-21,miR-222 and miR-126 were associated with the progression of disease development,so the detection showed very important diagnostic value and should be helpful for prognosis evaluation.
