Abstract
Objective To establish a method of the ultrasonic extraction and the content determination of total flavoneoids from the leaves of Elaeagnus angustifolia L..Methods Applying the orthogonal design, the optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions were investigated. The content of the total flavoneoids was determined by spectrophotometry. Results The optimum extraction conditions follows as: adding 40 fold of ethanol(C_2H_5OH)= 70%),extracting twice(20 min every times). The average recovery and RSD were 98.8% and 1.34%(n=5),respectively.The content of total flavoneoids were determined from the leaves of Elaeagnus angustifolia L.at different growth period. Conclusion The result indicated that this method may be used extrction and content detemination of total offlavoneoids.
