Abstract
In order to screen bioactive products from myxobacteria, inhibitory activity of tumor cells, glutathione S-transferase and acetylcholinesterase as in vitro screening model were used to screen different origin of myxobacteria preserved by our laboratory. Each screening model had gained active strains. However, different active strains and screening rates of the active strains can get from different screening models. The model which used anti-L1210(mouse leukemia) cell had the highest screening rate. The active strains screened by dissimilar anti-tumor models were different,so the bioactivity product produced by myxobacteria had different effect on tumor cell.
