Abstract

CMM(capacity maturity model) is an important technology in software area.It's very helpful to improve the rate ofsoftware production from researching and realizing CMM.Firstly,the popular standardization of software process improvement in IT area was introduced including its development,content and application.Then the modern status of software enterprises in our country and facing problemsto improve software processin realizing CMM were provided.Finally,the strategy of software process improvement,software quality improvement and software danger avoiding were discussed.
