CMM-Based Software Process Improvement Practice

CMM is a software production process standards and software enterprises maturity assessment standards.The standards focus on the software development process management and engineering capability increase and assessment.This paper is based on the theory CMM software process improvement in the application,aims at software development process problems that exist.Using CMM2-project-class practice and achieve four key process areas: requirements management,software project planning,software project tracking and oversight,software quality assurance,formulated in accordance with the project management of the needs norms and processes CMM theory is applied to the software development process,all aspects of the project to improve,making good process improvement results.And it concluded experience based on the CMM process improvement.
