The Observation for the Hemorheology Changes of the Allergic Purpura Treated by Activating Blood Herbs

Objective: To explore the clinical effects of the therapy of the irritability purpurics treated by activating blood herbs and to observe the influence on the index of hemorheology. Methods: 65 cases with the henoch-Schonlein purpu ra were divided by random into two groups, the contraposed group was treated by general Western medicine, the therapy group was treated by Western medicine and activating blood herbs. The treated time was 3 months. To obserbe the clinic effects and the changes of hemorheology on the time of pre-therapy and post-therapy. Results: The effective rate of the therapy group excel to the contraposed group (p 0.05), moreover, all kinds of index of hemorheology were improved significatively (p 0.01). Conclusion: Activating blood herbs can reduce effectively the highviscosity of the plasm and blood of the Henoch-Schonlein purpura patients,thereby, the herbs can accelerate the patient to get well.
