Abstract
Primary hepatic carcinoma is a common、frequently-occurring disease in our country,and 85 percent affiliates cirrhosis.Hepatectomy is the main treatment,but liver has the powerful capacity to regenerate after injury or resection,the capacity was realized and studied for thousands of years.In this paper we reviewed about the regeneration of cirrhosis of liver after hepatectomy、damage to the mechanism of liver regeneration and the assessment of liver regeneration.
