Abstract
Objective:To analysis human papillomavirus(HPV) infection station in 2561 female cases and explore the relationship of the different genetic types of HPV infection and cervical neoplasia. Methods: Using DAN hybridization technique,we detected for HPV genotypes in 2561 cases; We collected and analyzed test results of the cases,in which,123 cases were cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) or more lesions. Results: ① HPV positive rate was 26.08%(668/2561),the positive rates among different age groups were different, but there was no significant trend.② High-risk HPV and low-risk HPV types detected were with the ratio of 87.3% and 12.7%;In high-risk HPV infection cases, the subtype type 16 was the most(23.6%),followed by subtype type 52(16.3%),subtype type 58(15.0%).③ In the cases of CIN Ⅰ,CIN Ⅱ,CIN Ⅲ and cervical cancer, the high-risk HPV positive rate was 31.6%,53.1%,63.5% and 75.0%;The high risk HPV positive rate increased with the progression of cervical lesions. Conclusion: The HPV infection in women is with a certain detection rate, and the infection of high risk HPV is an important factor in cervical change
