Research Advances in Drug Resistance Mechanism of Acinetobacter baumannii

In recent years,outbreaks of nosocomial and community infection caused by multi-drug-resistant or pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii strains have increased.The resistance mechanism of Acinetobacter baumannii is complex,which include production of drug-hydrolyzing enzymes,changes of drug target,changes of porin proteins,drug initiative afflux and others.The multi-drug-resistance is usually generated by one or several mechanisms.Here is to summarize the progress in resistance mechanism of Acinetobacter baumannii and provide references to clinical treatment and research.
