Every change in people’s view on technology makes a far-reaching effect on educational technology.To accord with “theory of the principle part skills”,“theory of object facility”,“theory of integration”,three views about educational technology have respectively come into being: “ Educational traditional technology”,“Educational media technology”,“Educational information technology”.But the changes in educational technology have their own internal rules to follow.The changes in educational technology keep close contact with the concept of technology as well as their view on value.From the whole part of technology development,what can be seen is that “superposition” coexists with the single “substitute”.
