Abstract
In recent years,many domestic scholars discuss on the standard,method,measures and index system of performance evaluation for the college faculty.These studies play an important role in guiding the work of the current performance evaluation,raising its level and accelerate continuous development teachers and colleges.However,at present many problems still exist in the process of performance evaluation,so we still need to combine the theory of modern human resources management performance evaluation with and the specialty of college work to strengthen the comprehensive,scientific and deep reflection on current performance evaluation for college teachers and continuously better such work.
