The Foundation and Method about Culture of the Rule of Law in Contemporary China

Abstract

Market economy,democracy and culture of the rule of law is the basic conditions for the rule of law's realization.The rule of law culture as an important cultural component has different cultivated models.It is the realistic issues how to cultivate Chinese characteristics the rule of law culture.We should explore to cultivate the contemporary China's rule of law in a specific path with the guidance of the rule of law concept of socialism.
