Analysis of Cultural Basis of Rule of Law

Rule of law,as a kind of governance mode of human society,needs to have certain culture as its foundation.If a nation wants to build its country under the rule of law,and to establish a concept of the rule of law among its people,then it needs to develop cultural soil and lay a solid cultural foundation.The culture of the rule of law is people's concept,consciousness,attitude and belief toward the rule of law,it will be integrated into people's blood and spontaneously or consciously influence people's behaviors and activities.Not only is cultivation of the rule of law culture an important premise and basis for building a country under the rule of law,but also it provides a significant guarantee for the construction of society under the rule of law.
