Several Analyses on Employment Regulation Law

As the employment situation becomes harsh, it is a long and arduous task to ensure the full employment for Chinese government. The legislation on facilitating employment is on the legislative agenda of national congress and becomes the focus of whole society. In comparison, the theoretical issues related to employment regulation attract little attention from jurists. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss the definition, the nature, the relation with labor law, the principle thereof and the system of employment regulation law. The discussion is in the domain of economic law especially in the domain of macro-control law.
