Abstract
Nowadays Chinese government are taking steps to make and enforce all kinds of employment policies to reduce unemployment rate and ease the employment pressure.Based on the current employment situation of China.the essay discusses the difference between labour law and employment law,the importance of introducing new legislation regarding employment and its necessity .The author makes some proposals on legislation.
