Effect of two methods on treating acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcers

Objective:To investigate the effect of two operations on treating acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcers.Methods:A total of 92 cases with acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcers in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in observation group received the treatment of simple kposthesis combined with pharmacotherapy and the control group received the treatment of stomach premodinantly ablation.The efficacy was compared.Results:After surgery,the time of operation and and length of stay in the observation group were significantly shortened compared with control group(P0.05).The level of BAO,MAO and PAO were significantly lower than those in control group(P0.05).The recurrence rate was 4.35%,and the complication rate of ulcer was 13.04% in observation group;While the recurrence rate and complication rate of control group was 26.09% and 39.13%.Conclusions:Simple kposthesis is effective on treating acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcers.It is easy to operate and of low recurrence and complication incidence,so it is preferred way for treating acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcers.
