The Comparison of Long-term Curative Effect Analysis of Acute Perforation of Gastroduodenal Ulcer in Different Operation Mode

Objective To investigate the different operation approach for the treatment of acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer curative effect difference.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in recent years the clinical data of 140patients with acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer patients,according to the different ways of operation,the patients were randomly divided into2 groups,70 cases in the control group,70 cases in observation group were compared between the 2 groups of patients,the long-term efficacy of difference.Results The patients of control group in the operation time,hospital stay,complication rates were significantly lower than those in the observation group,by comparison,P 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.While the two groups of patients with ulcer recurrence rate,but no significant difference,P0.05.Conclusion Simple suture repair in treatment of acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer long-term curative effect,less complications,ulcer recurrence rate is low,is worthy of clinical use.
