Combined diagnosis and treatment of bloody nipple discharge before operation

Objective To summarize the combined diagnosis and treatment experience of bloody nipple discharge before operation.Methods A total of 150 cases of bloody nipple discharge with surgical treatment were studied retrospectively.Results The correct diagnostic rate of bloody nipple discharge cytohistology on breast cancer was 55.0%,X-ray mammography was 67.5%,and mammary ductoscopy was 72.5%.The correct diagnostic rate of combined methods was 97.5%.The postoperative pathology proved 99 cases of intraductal papilloma(66.0%),40 cases of breast cancer(26.67%),11 cases of cystic hyperplasia and ductal ectasia and inflammation(7.33%).Conclusion The combined method of cytohistology,X-ray and mammary ductoscopy can improve the correct diagnostic rate.
