Abstract
Lipase-catalyzed resolutions is an important means of preparing optical pure compounds. This review deal with the recent progress of the technology of resolution by enzyme.Attention was focused on the effects of solvent, substrate structure, the preconditioning of enzyme, addition of auxiliary on the enzyme activity and enantioselectivity. This review also concentrated on efforts to regulate resolution reactions.Rational adjustment on the relevant factors above could effectively improve enantioselectivity and catalytic efficiency.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
