Abstract

The feasibility of detection of triazophos in fishery pollution accident was studied, according to the research results of toxicity of Chinese ocellated gudgeon acetylcholinesterase(AChE).It the experiments, fish were exposed in triazophos.(1)after 24 and 24 h exposure in Triazophos, the AChE inhibiton were linear over the 1 to15 μg/L concentration range, and the correlation coefficients(r2) were 0.96 and 0.97,respectively.(2)After the experiments, the fish were stored at-20℃ for 0~48 h(0,12,24,36,48 h,five groups),the AChE activity in the experimental fish 0didn't showed the significant difference among five groups(p0.05).(3)After the experiments, the fish were exposed to 10 μg/L triazophos for 24 h,there was no significant difference between AChE activity in live and in dead.
