Considerations about Deepening the Reference Service for Readers under the Network Environment

Based on expounding the network service contents that the library should expand under the network environment,and connecting with the disadvantages of the traditional reference service for readers,this paper advances some measures for deepening the reference service for readers from aspects of the service concepts;service contents,service methods,and librarians,etc.
