Problems and Countermeasures in Talents Cultivating Reform of Regular Finance and Economic Institutes of Universities

This paper first discusses talents cultivating identity in regular finance and economics institutes and elaborated the necessity of talents cultivating reform.Through case study,the author analyzes problems of inexact positioning of talents cultivating goals,incongruous relations of talents cultivating goals and curriculum,disconnect of teachers' research and teaching,and inadequate drive and ability for them to participate in teaching reform.In accordance with these problems,the author proposes tailored countermeasures such as highlighting educational characteristics in goal-setting,establishing differentiated curriculum by hierarchical design,and enhancing teachers' drive and capability to participate in teaching reform.
