Abstract

Objective:To discuss the effect of nursing intervention of pain.Method:A total of 60 hip replacement patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given the traditional method on-demand pain intervention,and the observation group was given the new method pain intervention ahead,and the postoperative wound pain situation,patient satisfaction,length of hospital stay,total cost,the functional rehabilitation score and total score between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The patient satisfaction,length of hospital stay,total cost,the functional rehabilitation score,pain assessment score and total score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Early and timely pain nursing intervention can reduce the happening of the pain,improve patients satisfaction,reduce hospitalization days and cost,promote the recovery.
