Abstract
The results of field experiments in two places of different years indicated that, under the second level of crop production, the relationship between the dry matter accumulation in aerial parts and leaf and the available accumulation temperature after flue-cured tobacco NC 89 was transplanted met the Logistic equation. The ranges of the effective accumulation temperature for the turning points of boom stage were:635.0~1 033.3℃ and 671.5~1 077.9℃ respectively. The highest instantaneous growth rate (V_(max)) was 0.442 g·d~(-1)·℃~(-1)·plant~(-1) and 0.332 g·d~(-1)·℃~(-1)·plant~(-1) respectively; and they appeared when the available accumulation temperature reached 834.1℃ and 874.7℃ respectively, after transplantation.
