Effect Observation of Glucocorticoid Inhalation on Stabilized Patients with Chronic Pulmonary Disease

Objective:To probe into the clinical effect of ICSs budesonide on stabilized patients with chronic pulmonary disease.Method: Clinical data of 86 stabilized patients with COPD were analyzed retrospectively.86 cases were divided into observation group(44 cases)and control group (42 cases).The control group were given routine treatment.ICSs budesonide was added to treat patients of observation group,on the basis of routine treatment.Result:The number of inpatients resulting from acute exacerbation in observation group was obviously less than that of control group,two groups compared with a statistically significant difference(P 0.05);all observational indices of two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment(P 0.05).However,the improved degree of observation group was better than that of control group.The differences between two groups had a statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion:ICSs has significant effect on stabilized patients with COPD.It can effectively slow the decline in lung function and improve symptoms to reduce the number of patients with acute exacerbation.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
