Abstract

Higher Vocational Teacher Incentive Mechanism(HVTIM) is a relatively hot topic of concern in the higher education sector in recent years,the generating of HVTIM has its deep history,reality and the international context.However,how to build a scientific and rational HVTIM is a systematic project.This paper combines the two-factor theory in the analysis of the problem existing in the motivation of higher vocational teachers nowadays on the basis of full consideration of history,reality and international background,and puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of HVTIM in China.
