On the Construction of Research Incentive Mechanism in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract

This paper proposes that we should do the following work in constructing higher vocational scientific incentive mechanism: to follow the law of higher vocational education with the aim of ensuring the correct research orientation and the effectiveness of scientific research activities;to carry on the deep reform of the system so as to build the running environment of higher vocational colleges scientific research incentive mechanism;to use incentive theory reasonably for the purpose of getting good results.
