The effect observation of spironolactone in chronic heart failure curative

Objective To discuss the efficacy of spironolactone in chronic heart failure treatment.Methods 46 cases of heart failure patient were divided into control group and the observation group,23 cases of each. The control group was given convention utilization diuretic,blood vessel relaxant and digitalis preparation,the observation group based on the control group was added with the spirono lactones,the two groups of patients in treat 1 month-long time,carried on the appraisal to the treatment result. Results Compared with those before treatment,the two groups of cardiac function after treatment for patientrates with Ⅰ,Ⅱ-grade increased,but readueced for Ⅲ,Ⅳ-grade,the differences were statistically significant(P 0. 05 or P 0. 01),and the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were also statistical significant(P 0. 05).Conclusion Spironolactone's in treatment chronic heart failure curative effect more accurate satisfaction,is worth promoting and the application.
