Efficacy of Spironolactone Treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective Spironolactone on the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure(CHF) in the clinical curative effect observation.Methods The clinical data from February 2010 to October 2012 patients of chronic congestive heart failure patients 121 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation way.Sixty cases of control group and observation group 61 examples.Control group with normal heart failure therapy,the observation group is in the conventional treatment of chronic congestive heart failure,on the basis of once a day and clothing and mg of spironolactone piece,two groups are on the four weeks of treatment.The two groups before and after treatment,the use of dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG) to arrhythmia and left cardiac function were compared.Results The observation group compared with controls,the indicators of the observation group was better than control group,and effectively improve cardiac function(P 0.01);To reduce the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia(P 0.01).Conclusion Spironolactone tablet to improve chronic congestive heart failure patients with cardiac function good curative effect and reduce the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia,promoting significance.
