This article analyses problem sencountered in high ervocational educationd evelopment from the current situation ofthe higher vocational education and its basic characteristics,puts forward specific suggestions or measures for correctly understanding and handling the higher vocational education relationship between higher vocational education quality view and educational teaching reform,further promoting the development of higher vocational education
