Abstract
Cultural globalization and diversity are two dimensions of cultural development under the background of globalization. They are in a dialectical unity and complement each other. The cultural globalization is not even integration of global culture and cultural hegemony, but a conflict, dialogue and mixture to a certain degree a-mong different cultures. The cultural globalization is a dynamic establishing process promoted by social productive forces, It means different cultural resources shared by mankind. The cultural diversity means that every culture has right to survive. It is not cultural nationalism standing still and refusing to make progress and should be set up on the fundamental generality of human species. Not the Same but Mixture is one of ideal prospects for mankind's culture.
