Clinical Effect of Multiple Acupuncture Techniques Combined with Rehabilitation Training for Ischemic Stroke Hemiplegia

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of multiple acupuncture techniques combined with rehabilitation training for the treatment of ischemic stroke hemiplegia. Methods: Eighty patients with hemiplegia induced by ischemic stroke were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,40 cases in each group. The observation group received a variety of acupuncture techniques,including scalp electro-acupuncture,body acupuncture,plum blossom needling. The control group was given conventional acupuncture. Both groups received rehabilitation training. The treatment last for 70 days,and then the clinical effect was observed. Results:The total effective rate was 90.0% in the observation group,and was 70.0% in the control group,the difference being significant(P 0.05).Conclusion: Multiple acupuncture techniques combined with rehabilitation training is effective for the treatment of ischemic stroke hemiplegia.
