Abstract
Objective To establish the method for determination of Scopolamine and Atropine in Flos Daturae by RP-HPLC at the same time. Methods Alkaloids were separated on CAPCELL PAK C_18(250 mm×416 mm,5 μm),with mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol·L-1 Potassium dihydrogen phosphate(containing 0.002 5 mol·L-1 Sodium 1-heptanesulfonate)-acetonitrile(84∶16)(pH=5.0 adjusted by Orthophosphoric acid),at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1,column temperature at 35 ℃,detective wavelength was set at 215 nm.Results The linear range of Scopolamine and Atropine were 1.17~11.66 μg and 0.29~2.86 μg,the recovery rate were 99.68% and 99.41%,RSD were 1.16% and 0.77%(n=9).Conclusion The method was proved to be simple and fast, the separation of components was better, and suitable for the quality control of Flos Daturae.
