Abstract
The rapid propagation techniques of in vitro sweetpotato plantlets using sigle node cutting as culture materials were studied in the paper. The results showed that single node cuttings growth was normal on medium of MS and 1/2 MS, and MS medium was more suitful to the growth. The single node cutting grew better on MS medium containing 0.5 mg/L NAA than on MS medium. When it was cultured on MS medium containing 0.1 mg/L GA 3, internodes length of in vitro sweetpotato plantlets increased, and the nodes were 1 or 2 more than the CK. In additional, sucrose concentration at 50 g/L, room temperature at 28℃, light intensity at 3000 lx were most suitable for single node cuttings propagation.
