Abstract
A charge-transfer complex, α-H_6P_2W_(18)O_(62)·3(CH_3)_2NH·H_2O, has been synthesized and characterized. The single crystal X-ray structure analysis of the title compound reveals that it belongs to monoclinic system, space group P2_1/c with a=1.296 4(3) nm, b=1.362 1(3) nm, c=4.155 9(8) nm, β=(90.02)(3)(°), V=7.338 (3) nm~3, and Z=4. The compound is strongly photosensitive under irradiation of sunlight. TG/DTA analysis reveals that the compound decomposes at 430.5 ℃.
