Abstract
Validity is of the most important concepts in Educational and Psychological Measurement academia.After 60 years, Construct Validity is still an unsettled problem. Based on the previous studies, We discussed three aspects of validity of the present controversy in the field, including the nature of the concept of construct validity,construct validity research perspective and the research methods. We think that by far the construct validity of position in nature, exploring perspectives and methodological aspects are still controversial. This situation need to be rationalized and unified. Researchers need to accept and learn from some of the established disciplines such as physics research ideas and methods. This is an important way to the realization of scientific research for Construct validity.
