Abstract

Objective In order to provide the reference for the rational administration to treat respiratory infection,we had detected the kinds of the pathogenic bacteria in respiratory infection disease, and analysis the effect of the common antibiotics on these pathogenic bacteria in our hospital. Methods There were 680 samples stains,We had studied 680 samples. The strains were isolated from these samples, then the automatic microbion analysator VITEK 32 was used to identify strains and test the drug susceptibility of the common antibiotics. Results We had obtained pathogenic bacteria 1484 strains. There were G~+ pathogenic bacteria 706 strains,G~-pathogenic bacteria 686 strains, fungus 92 strains, and accounting for 47.6%,46.2% and 6.2% respectively. The results of the antibiotics tested showed that the traditionary antibiotics had the lowest average potency for G~+ pathogenic bacteria. But it was very complicated roles of the common antibiotics for G~-pathogenic bacteria. Conclusion There are all kinds of pathogenic bacteria in respiratory infection disease, and the pathogenic bacteria have possesed some ability to resist some antibiotics. We should pay more attention to the phenomenon.
