Analysis on the Category and Drug Resistance of the Common Pathogenic Bacteria in the Respiratory Infection

Abstract
Objective: In order to provide the reference for the rational administration to treat respiratory infection,we have inves-tigated the distribution of the common pathogenic bacteria in patients in our hospital,and detected the effect of the common antibiotics on these pathogenic bacteria.Methods: 300 samples from the respiratory infection patients in our hospital were isolated and cultured.And then the strains were identified by automatic microbion analysator VITEK 32 and their drug susceptibility to common antibiotics were tested.Results: Were retrospectively analyzed.Results We have obtained 825 strains pathogenic bacteria.There are G+ pathogenic bacteri——a 389 strains,G-pathogenic bacteria 380 strains,fungus 46 strains,accounting for 47.2 %,46.1 % and 6.7% respectively.The G+ pathogenic bacteria showed a universally low drug susceptibility to the tested 10 kinds of antibiotic.While the drug susceptibility of G-pathogenic bacteria trend to be polynary.Conclusion: G-pathogenic bacteria was the main pathogenic bacteria in respiratory infection disease in our hospital.It possessed high drug resistance.So in order to use antibiotics rationally,it is better to pay more attention to the monitor to etiology and understand the category distribution and drug resistance trend of the pathogenic bacteria.
