Abstract
Election is an old political organization form. It is a political activity to vote popular will officer of country employments by voters according to legal system and fashion. Election system is the title of a series of rule that must be obeyed in election activity. Every country stipulate one s own election system in charter or usual practice of charter. There are special drafting law and judicial law about election in some countries.
