Abstract

Statutory adjudication is now a kind of popular effective and yet dispute resolutions internationally.Compared to other ADRs,statutory adjudication procedure is efficient and deserves to be referred to concerning our country's legislation of ADR.The paper introduces the origin and content and analyzes or compares statutory adjudication procedures of Australia,Great Britain,United States,WB and FIDIC.And finally the paper emphasizes the legislation borrowing as for China.
