Abstract
The structural system of frame-corewall was applied to a 139. 2 m height of ultra high-rise building, which is 38-story in total overground. According to Technical Specification for Concrete Structures of Tall Building, based on the requirements of designing for high-rise building, this paper focus on the frame structure optimization. Comparing the performance among the three different frame structure systems( frame structure consist with RC column-RC beam,SRC column-RC beam and steel pipe column-SRC beam) under wind load and seismic action, and take economy into consideration. The system of frame structure consist with SRC column-RC beam was chosen in final.
