Abstract
The culture conditions on L.plantarum P1881 were optimized by single-factor experiment.The optimized culture condition was as follows:the initial pH value was 6.5,temperature 30 ℃,inoculation quantities 4%,incubation time 48 h.PLA yield was 0.624 g/L.
