Abstract

As the newly-founded undergraduate universities basic teaching unit, a teaching and research section plays an important role in carrying out the teaching task, teaching research and reform and science study in the newly-founded undergraduate universities.The teaching staff development directly influences the teaching and research section to display its function.The paper mainly analyzed the problems existing in the teaching staff development, and putforward some suggestion.
