Abstract

Aim:To observe the protective effects of nerve regeneration factor(NRF) on hypoxia/reoxygenation injury in cultured neonatal rat myocytes.Methods:The myocardial cells were isolated from Winstar rats(1~3 d).The normal cultured medium was replaced by hypoxia solution.Then the hypoxia solution was replaced by reoxygenation solution to induce reoxygenation.The activities of SOD,MDA,LDH were measured.The rates of apoptosis were measured by flow cytometer.Ultrastructural features of cardiomyocytes were observed by electron microscope.Results:NRF enhanced the activities of SOD,and decreased the contents of MDA and LDH compared with model group.The rates of apoptosis were significantly lower compared with model group. Conclusion:NRF has protective effect on the cultured neonatal rat myocardial cells injured by hypoxia/reoxygenation.
